In the windsurfing One Hour Race, which took place at the same time, Hauke Kallsen won the overall title and Pekka Roblick took first place in the U19 category. A total of 30 riders competed in the One Hour Race in wing foiling and windsurfing. They were joined by another 32 surfers who competed in the Raceboard and Windsurfer LT classes as part of the Strander Surf Cup.

This event proved once again that competitions are possible even in light winds. And what’s next in May in northern Germany?
