Axel Gerard shows the double rotation

The backloop spin backloop combines a backloop spin and another frontside rotation. However, the second component is not simply jumped as a frontside 360, but as a backloop.

Axel Gerard shows this in an almost picture-perfect way in this video, a recording from the GWA event in Tarifa. Compare the difference to the ‘normal’ Backloop Spin Frontside 360.
