Parawing Strike Mission
Surfing on a river?! Chris Macdonald and Patrick Kissinger had a few hours to spare for a downwind ride. They entered the Columbia River at the Rufus spot and set off on their rides with Parawing and foilboards. The wind was clearly very gusty, but they were still using fairly small boards.
