The raley into frontside 360 (in short: raley into frontside 3) is a combo move in which a frontside rotation is added immediately after landing a raley.
The remaining speed after touchdown is used to steer the foil straight up again and generate the pop for the frontside 360.
Such combo moves are usually performed in competitions, as the jump combination scores more points than a simple jump.
The frontside 360 is relatively easy to jump as a second trick if you have already mastered it as a single move - whether after a normal jump, front- and backflip or, as in this case, after a raley.
