Wing foiling while sitting on the board is easier than it looks. Thanks to the low center of gravity, the board is really easy to control while seated.
The easiest way is to sit on the board when the wind is a little stronger, lift your legs out of the water and choose a downwind course to start. After the start, steering is done by shifting your weight.
