Jumping technique in slow motion
The raley is initiated by turning to windward and then jumping into the air. While in the air, you steer the wing back in the original direction of travel – this stretches your body, since the board is moving toward the wind.
To land, bring the board back under your body and land in the direction of travel (on a crosswind to light downwind course).
